Academic Performing Arts Production Manager to serve Theatre and Music ensembles.

Main Responsibilities for Theatre (80% of the job):
- Manage annual operating budget for all productions.
- Manage all personnel involved with theatre productions. Schedule and chair production meetings and artistic meetings.
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate auditions, rehearsals, technical rehearsals, the run of the show.
- Create and manage annual production calendar.
- Hire guest artists.
- Help recruit students for productions and classes.
- Procure rights to plays.
- Organize receptions.
- Oversee and manage all marketing endeavors.
- Maintain regular communication with all interested parties.
- Acknowledging that theatre production is an educational endeavor, work to include students in all aspects of production and administration, ensuring their growth as artists and scholars.

Main Responsibilities for Music (20% of the job):
- Schedule on-campus space reservations.
- Manage all printed materials.
- Coordinate storage of musical instruments and transfer of equipment to performance venues.
- Maintain supply of uniforms.
- Manage regular piano tunings.
- Maintain regular communication with all interested parties.

Requirements:
- BA or BFA in Theatre required, MA or MFA in Arts/Theatre Management preferred.
- Experience in theatre management, arts administration, and the academic arts sector.
- Effective organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Some nights required.
- Valid driver's license.
